A direct participation program (DPP) serves as an investment vehicle that empowers individual investors to actively participate in specific business ventures or projects, typically organized as partnerships or limited liability companies (LLCs).

At our ranch, our aim through the DPP is to create an opportunity for investors to co-own the ranch and partake in its myriad benefits firsthand. We believe in offering investors the unique experience of embracing the ranch life without the constraints of a concierge or appointment system. This means that investors can freely visit and immerse themselves in the ranch environment, truly connecting with its essence and reaping the rewards of their ownership. 

On the other hand, they can also meet like-minded individuals who are their co-investors and ignite the essence of comradeship in the ranch.
