Use RV for STR

Anyone here have experience or no someone using an RV for STR? Have an opportunity to pickup a lightly used 42ft diesel-pusher complete with king bed, full size bath (separate toilet and shower), and small washer/dryer combo. Thinking could rent a spot for 30-days at a time in some coastal, mountain, and lakeside RV parks and rent nightly. Seems would cash flow but looking for some insight from the community. Thanks all.
