Trying To Find Lending For An Amazing Deal With Below Average Credit

Hi everyone, 

I'm currently about to close on a property that's undervalued by about $30,000. I'm wanting to rent this property out, but can't come up with enough of a down payment. I have $30,000 out of $65,000, so I'm looking for any advice or help that you can provide.
