Hello Investors - 

Below is a link to the  newly finalized Pisgah and Nantahala National Forest Plan.  With the words concerns like "view sheds",  "water security" and "climate refugees" becoming a more prevalent force in the lexicon I see the new forest plan as a key part of my investment strategy and one I use to guide clients in their land search.  If you're interested in old growth forests, recreation areas or bankable buffers as part of your investment strategy take a look.  Scroll towards to the bottom to take a look at the maps.
