Anyone tried building a container home fourplex

anybody tried buying a vacant land and putting a bunch of container homes to build your own custom fourplex? 

I know land is not cheap in Honolulu to make it work but maybe others tried?

@John M Cruz using expensive land to make cheap housing doesn't make sense to me. Plus containers are not easy to turn into living units with out heavy retro fitting. When you have to follow code and have insulation wiring and plumbing all a certain way it makes it much easier to build a box designed around your plans, than plan a build around a bunch of small cheap boxes.
