RE Investing and House Hacking Help/Partnership Advice

Hey all,

I've been highly interested in RE investing for years and after researching for countless hours, I'm ready to take the next step into wealth creation through RE. I'm looking to partner with someone or build a business relationship to help me with this journey and give a piece of the profits to along the way.

I'm really ambitious and would do the necessary ground work. The only thing that may be required from a partner is the capital. This is great for anyone looking to passively invest in a deal.

A little about me:

- I currently lease a property in the Raleigh, NC area and profit 4 figures each month from this

- I've already been pre-approved for a loan so.... I'm open to using my FHA loan access, to getting my second property under contract for a rental opportunity (Duplex/Quadplex).

- My goal is to have 15 units in the next 5 years

- I'm looking for a partner to compliment my ambition with knowledge and potentially capital or know-how on how to get access to potential investors

- I'm open to wholesaling to build capital as well
