Dividend fund for Syndications

Does anyone know any Syndicators that have a dividend fund. They're more tax efficient for SD IRA's. They typically run them parallel to their standard fund. I'm invested in one like but would like another to diversify.

There are a couple of High Yield Dividend ETF's

Why go with a syndication over an ETF in this situation?

The ETF may potentially earn less than the private fund/Syndication.
However, the ease of selling the investment will likely out-weigh that benefit.
