Legality of living in an RV at a SFH w/ FHA?

Is there any issues with buying a single family with an FHA then building an RV plot and living on it and renting out the home. Would there be a difference if the rv spot was pre-existing? I have a down-payment for a conventional loan and could rent out both but I'm just thinking of ways to keep as much money in my pocket for another deal. Thanks.
