Zones around Austin TX that allow relocating a house???

Hello,

I have a lot in Austin where I plan to build a new single family house plus an ADU. Lot currently has a house in it that is in very good condition, usually we would demolish but we are considering hiring a structural moving company and move it to a new lot and sell it. I am having trouble finding a lot where they allow us to move an already built house and place it there. I have found areas that allow manufactured or mobile homes only, but not an actual house, and they usually have a limit for age of the house (5 years max). Does anyone know of an area around central Texas that allows what we are trying to do? I have my realtor helping us but figured I would ask the community.

Thanks!
