Beyond the 10th "golden ticket"

I'd greatly appreciate what people have learned to be the most sound approaches to moving beyond the 10th golden ticket (20 if married). I've studied and learned a bit about transferring title one at a time into an LLC, portfolio loans, simply moving on to commercial/non-QM loans, hard money, options to, lease options, etc. I'm wondering if there is anything else out there from those that have learned from mistakes, or found an approach that's gold and that they'd repeat again. Thank you very much.
