Looking for Hard Money Lenders - New investor in Gilbert, AZ

Hello AZ,

My name is Gem, I'm a new/aspiring investor out here in Gilbert, AZ. I'm looking to get some recommendations and possibly link up with HML here in the valley. I did some google search and also looked at the directory for HML here on BP. I have a couple companies that "looked" good to me but I just want to get some actual feedback on which company you guys use or have used in the past that are easy to work with and maybe have friendlier terms for new investors.

@Gem Montero I agree with @Casey Miles with regards to partnering up with someone when you first start out. The hard money lender's that I know of like to work with people who have done deals  and have experience and know what they're doing. They usually give better interest rates and terms to those investors.

I have personally worked with three different hard money lender's in Arizona and they have worked out great. I have three other hard money lender's that I have considered using as well.
