The price asked is near 400k and I'm wanting to live in one for a bit and use the rest as income. I will be renovating as I go starting with mine and then the others as renters move. Don't expect to cash flow until I move out and wanting advice Thank you

God damn, 400k for a fourplex is ridiculously overpriced. I got mine for 165 and it's in good conditions. No repair needed. If you need help bro I'll help you do the analysis before you get this bad deal.

For 400k I get an 8 unit property
