I'm purchasing a house in Tucson AZ without a realtor.

I am from Colorado and assume I need a real estate attorney in Tucson. Does anyone have a good attorney I should use?

Thanks - Tom

Thanks for the great responses. My deal is we were down in Tucson for week checking out the lay of the land for a second home. The most appropriate place we saw was the airbnb we were staying in so we asked if they were interested in selling this 2-year old home, and they were, as they are no longer living in USA.

We are using Pioneer title and we decided to put the contract together ourselves. We have bought and sold several properties in Colorado, but none is AZ. If we run into trouble we will switch gears. Thanks again for your advice.
