Howdy! Hope everyone is having a great 2021 holiday season. I'm looking for help trying to find a licensed contractor in Tucson, AZ that can help me with a bid for an detached garage ADU conversion and some additional work needed done on a property in Central. The property is currently my primary residence and I'm looking to have the bid to be able to present to lenders to be able to do a FHA Title 1 Loan/Homestyle.
