Reliable contractor in Phoenix area

Hello all,

I'm looking for helpful recommendations for general contractors in the Phoenix metro area. We are purchasing a SFH as a STR requiring work and need budget estimates and someone reliable to do the work as we are out of state investors. Please let me know if you would recommend anyone. Thank you!
