Property Management for multifamily
Hi BP braintrust,
I'm working on building up my local Phoenix team and looking for a property manager familiar with the downtown, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler/Gilbert areas. I'm targeting 2-4 unit B/C multifamily properties.
Any referrals would be great appreciated! TIA!

Hi Victoria,
I was going to suggest my property manager @Dick Rosen, but I see that he beat me to it! I have been working with Dick for almost a year and he is great! He goes above and beyond to make sure that each tenant is happy and that each unit is well-maintained. I would highly recommend him.
