Condos near Saint Joseph Hospital

Sammy Cho
Posted

My daughter will be working in Saint Joseph Hospital, Phoenix for at least 2 years starting in June 2021. I was looking at apartment rents around that area and they are really high.

I am not aware of the surrounding area - so looking to see if any real estate agents who are active around that area can provide some guidance. Are there any decent condos around that area (maybe 1 bed, 1 bath) which I can buy - she can use that for 2 years and I can turn that into rental after that.

@Sammy Cho congrats to your daughter. My wife is a RN at St. Joes. Because St. Joe's is downtown you will either see properties that are expensive or in less desirable areas. Many people tend to live in the suburbs of Phoenix (West or East Valley) and commute the 15-30mins to work. I have a great realtor I can refer you to if interested.
