Best neighborhood for air bnb

Hey guys, I'm an LA investor who is looking at buying a 3/4 units to air bnb in the Phoenix area. I'd love to get in contact with someone who can give me some advice. I want to narrow down a couple of areas that are up and coming with new coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Also I'd love to chat with someone who already has units online and can possibly mange my units in the future.
