Newbie: looking in phoenix Tempe area
Hi, I am new to long distant investing and am looking for a property in Phoenix tempe area. I see mostly town homes in this area that is in the 250k - 350k range. Im not sure it is wise to spend 400k + on a house to invest in the first time. I will be using this for 3 years for my son while he is in college. I could rent to possible roommates then after he leaves rent it fully. question: House or Townhouse or condo for this situation?
