Adding Units - GC Recommendation?

Hi BP Community,

I recently purchased 3 fourplexes in side-by-side (3) parcels, across approximately 0.8 to 0.9 acres, in South Phoenix. This property has tons of excess land and paved parking, and just anecdotally it would seem possible to extend either one of the structures to add 1-2 additional units.

I'm curious if anyone has done this before, and if they've successfully worked with a GC they can recommend? I'm ideally looking for someone who can assist in everything from cradle to grave, permits included. Thanks for chiming in.

Cheers,
Harsh
