Is there a place to take classes, in ANC?

I like to take classes (involving real estate/RE Investment), and looked up online and saw that all the local real estate groups were inactive. So I am wondering if there is another group/school that offers training/courses one could take? I haven't checked the college, but I am a working professional so I'd prefer to not have to go back to college, or take time off work as I do enjoy it.

@Elijah Pepper you've stumbled on the best of both worlds here!  Instead of in person classes in ANC, why not dig through the Biggerpockets forums for question-specific learning, read the blog posts for content from some prolific professionals, or hop on one of the webinars that happen week to week?

If that's not quite your scene, the BP bookstore is filled with books that could be textbooks, if the authors had made them boring enough.  Content-wise they are classes in and of themselves.

Good luck making waves in ANC!
