Investor Friendly Title Companies in Anchorage?

Hi guys I'm a new wholesaler in the area representing R&R REIF and I was wondering if any of our local investors have had good luck with any Title Companies or Real Estate Attorneys here in Anchorage, Alaska?

I'll recommend Stewart Title in Anchorage. We've also used Alyeska Title and Yukon Title for other purchases...

For legal we use Birch Horten Bittner & Cherot.  Not cheap, but well worth the expense.
