Our Market: Huntsville

Hi Folks,  I still pretty new to Bigger Pockets and introduced myself several weeks ago.  I'm from northern NJ and, as a company, we have decided to look for MF properties in Huntsville.  I found the article that Caroline Davis forwarded very useful.  Would love to connect with others either investing in that area or living there or commercial real estate agents.  Where are the B/C neighborhoods?  Since we are just starting out in Hunstville are there any neighborhoods we should definitely stay away from?  Any info about the market would be helpful.  Thanks for your input!  And, I'm always available to answer any questions you might have about NJ.

Hey @Selina Hillenmayer!

I am an out of state investor in Huntsville currently focusing on SFR and small multi, I currently own 12 doors.

Macro numbers for Hsv are looking great as you might already know. Neighborhoods wise I consider 35805, 35811 (Lee/Chapman school), 35810, 35816 as mostly class B/C. Some areas in 35805 are little shady (drug problems etc).

Class A/B+ areas would be most of madison city (35757, 35758, 35756) and 35803, 35802, 35801. I might have missed few more zips.
