Inspector Recommendations Needed!

Hi Everyone! I am new to the Montgomery market and am getting my first property under contract there next week. Do any companies in Montgomery offer an "investor" inspection that covers the major components (plumbing, hvac, electrical, foundation, roof, etc) and skips over the cosmetic stuff? I use one in Birmingham that only charges $175 for inspection so it's a pretty good deal and was hoping to find someone like that in Montgomery. Thanks in advance!

That is extremely cheap,  I charge 200+ for a pre offer walk trough with no report. Then we go from there. Inspection reports not only safe you from major jobs but it is an excellent tool for negotiating . With a legal report.

As a licensed contractor, I do a pre offer walk through for my RE investors for free.  I can normally give a good idea of rehab costs.  Once we get a contract, our subcontractors give a set quote during due diligence period.  80% of the time we don’t use a formal home inspection.  But, a good inspection is a good idea.  Those guys are really thorough.
