Need Help setting up a 4 Person LLC

Hello. I am trying to set up a joint venture with some family members and I want to have it under an LLC. Even though its family I'd like to have a good operating agreement in place. Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone done anything similar? Or does anyone in Alabama have a good person that could help me structure it. Thanks.
