Birmingham- investor friendly RE agents

Hi all! Currently living in Maryland. My husband and I want to invest in Birmingham and/or Huntsville. We went down to Alabama a few weeks ago and enjoyed the area very much. We are looking for investor friendly RE agents. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. We are new to real estate investing so would like an agent that is experienced with investors and willing to work with an out of stater.
