Does anyone invest in the zip code of 35204 Birmingham Alabama or close to it? I want to know your experience with the area or thoughts? (It's for a buy and hold strategy)

Also would anyone recommend a property management for that area? One they have experience with. I'd greatly appreciate it thanks!
