Help with ramp please. I don’t know what will happen

Well I did my application 08/07/2021 and as of today my landlord called and told me that she received payment for me. On the other hand I uploaded my behind utility bill and my stuff was disconnected although it does say “Processed” and Batched all together. I’m hesitant to actually pay it because I don’t know what they will do with the original funds that they were sending to my utility people. I need help
