We need a handyman to do a make ready in Pascagoula Mississippi. The property is not in bad shape per se it’s simply needs some TLC. Such as a new paint job, new vinyl flooring, ceiling fans, etc.… We are looking for someone that can do a make ready. We are not going to flip the house we’re going it rent ready.
