Mississippi Land Patent question - please help

I will keep it simple.

I purchased a parcel through the SOS tax forfeited land website, otc, and received a land patent from the state. Its filed with the chancery clerk. Its in my name. Its not a certificate, redemption certificate, etc.. I have the land patent for the parcel in my name.

I need to know the next steps to get a clear title. I am having a hell of a time having a real estate lawyer return any emails. I want to sell this property.

Does anyone have any experience with land patents?
