when i submitted my recertification i thought they handled everything on there end i had no idea it had to be reviewed and reassigned to a NEW worker ??????? i called friday and spoke with a lady and she basicaly said they have no information on recertifications AT ALL !!!!! they couldn’t even tell me anything about my payments on my first application why have a call center with no info ????? is this normal ?!?!
