Know a Good Lawyer in Milwaukee?

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good lawyer in Milwaukee to represent a homeowner?  I have a property that had some pretty bad maintenance issues come up while the transition occurred between property management companies, and neither side are owning up to it.  Thank you.
