Need a lender for non-owner occupied under 20% down
Any lenders in WA lending on a non-owner occupied for less than 20% down conventional? (10% down would be perfect) I would love to get in contact! Thanks!

Your choice.
25% down, it'll take your choice of a rate bump or 2.125 discount points to get the rate you see advertised everywhere for owner occupants.
