Ballpark of the cost to build a modest SFH in Bellevue/Issaqua?

I realize this is a very open-ended question since there are lots of variables, but I'd appreciate any thoughts on what would it cost to build a single family house in Bellevue/Issaquah area. Basically, suppose I go and buy a vacant lot, what should I expect to budget to get from there to a livable house? Did anyone go through that process recently? Anyone can share a builder reference?
