Is a Fractionalized Deed of Trust in WA state allowed?
I recently came across a syndication offering which had a component for fractionalized deed of trust for investors who would lend to the project in subordinate position. As I recall WA does not allow for fractionalized DOTs. Any comments or evidence that this is/is not allowable in WA state?
Thanks
