Guidance Needed for find deal for Flips in kingcounty,WA

right know is 2 month that i am looking for some property for flip it and sell it but I don't have any result yet :(

I check over than 100 house and go thru at leas 30% of those for check from close and I put offer for over than 20 house but ... noting

I check auction, bank owned , MLS , ...

BUT NOTHING

anybody can say me what's wrong with me?
