Recommend RE Firm to affiliate with for Investor/Broker
Hello Puget Sound Investors,
I know there is the pros and cons debate if getting a broker license is worthwhile for an investor. I have weighed the pros and cons and decided getting a license is right for me. I am taking the license exam next week, then looking for a Real Estate firm in the Puget Sound Area to hang my license. I would prefer King or Pierce counties.
Can you recommend a good Real Estate Firm to affiliate with for an Investor/Broker?
