Thoughts on the market?
Hello, I'm a new investor looking into buying cash flowing real estate. I have been exploring different markets. I wanted to know what are peoples thoughts in the areas neighboring the Seattle area? Looking into SFH, or multi units. I'm still building capital but look to buy within 6 months. I will be visiting the area March 10. Would love to connect with a real estate agent there or someone with knowledge of the neighboring markets. Thanks!

Hi Henry. I lived in the Bay Area before and would be happy to connect. The market here in Seattle is more affordable than the Bay Area, but cash flow would not be a top priority unless you go further away from the city. In many cases you can break-even with cash flow, but the focus would be geared towards appreciation.
