Any recommendations for portfolio or commercial loan?

Hello there!

We are approaching 10 mortgages, so we are looking for other ways to leverage. Searching from past BP posts, I found out that portfolio and commercial loan are both options. Is there any Seattle local lenders that we can work with? Any recommendations are more than welcome!

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Best,
Nick

I just did two significant (i.e. BRRR) cash-out commercial/portfolio loans with Red Canoe Credit Union. They will go up to 80% LTV. They were great to work with. I'm in the process of doing a couple more right now. Let me know if you want a contact.
