Seeking Investor-friendly RE agent in Snohomish Co. WA

I'm ready to make a full price all-cash offer on a listed farmland property in Snohomish county, WA, half-an-hour from Everett and an hour north of Seattle / Bellevue. This will be for the first of several local farm land properties that I've targeted and won't require a showing.

But, I don't have an agent. I do my shopping on Redfin and often don't even need an agent, except to present offers.

In full disclosure, my immediate goal is to put this property under contract for 30 days with a no-cash note for the EM. It's not a wholesale flip, though. It's a JV flip, with the passive partner to be selected later. It's not a lot of money, but I expect a quick closing and more deals to come.

Can anyone recommend a good investor-friendly north-of-Seattle licensed agent or broker for a long term REI relationship?

Thanks!
