How much value can Landscaping add to a home sale?

Most say landscaping adds 10%-12% on the high side? What have you seen? I know it has everything to do with the Market, Agent and the Buyer, but I would say that landscaping always puts more money in your pocket on the sale of a home. We wanted to create a calculator for people to know how

I am new here, I own a landscaping company (25+ years Old). Just wanted to pick your minds on what you have seen, and how landscaping companies could do it better in 2021. Thanks much!
