Hello! 

I am a new(er) investor looking to invest in Richmond VA!

I have placed the majority of my Core 4, but it always seems like a struggle for me to find a great contractor!

Any suggestions? Or any references would be greatly appreciated! Also looking to connect with more investors in Richmond!!
