Property Manager Recomendations in Virginia Beach

I'm a long-distance investor due to my wife's military orders. We have a single-family home we are renting out and I want to change property managers. I'm looking for a company that has good rates with contractors and doesn't nickle/dime for every little thing.  We are overseas, so trying to coordinate repairs and verify work isn't an option.

If you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear them. Also, any advice on making this process as smooth as possible would be great!
