Hello everyone,

I have a buddy who just received word he will be moving out to the Norfolk area within the next month or so. They are looking to buy and I want to ensure they get a fair shake. They are talking to a realtor at the moment, but if any of you have any deals or wholesalers that might give them more options that would be awesome.
