Vermont Real Estate Education Question

Cameron Hoehne
Posted

Hello,

I'm a writer for an online education company, creating the course for the Vermont Real Estate 2018-2020 Renewal Cycle -- Mandatory Course. In their outline, they mention:

"Topics can include items such as general due diligence requirements related to obtaining accurate documentation and data related to real property, such as deeds, surveys, site plans, road maintenance agreements, and permits."

I haven't been able to find much information on this at all, especially not for Vermont real estate professionals. Could anyone here share some insight on these topics, and/or point me in the right direction towards more information on these topics?

Thank you,

 Cameron
