Month over Month 2020 vs. 2021: Median home price appreciation in all four counties is REDONKULOUS. The first half of 2021 has certainly delivered. As we move into July, we see a seasonal slowing, which is healthy. If you own real estate, you have built wealth over the last year without even trying.
