Accessory dwelling units

Hello everyone! Just wondering if any of u  bought a accessory dwelling units from modal? It start at 90k and they will put one that’s fully functioning in ur backyard. The return seems very mediocre. anyone has experience with it?

@David there are very few cities that will let you do a detached accessory apartment. A small section of Salt Lake pleasant Grove and Utah County and Mapleton in Utah County. That's why most people don't do it.
