I want to build a new 4-plex in Provo Utah

I have property that in the past has been zoned for multi family. I don’t think zoning is an issue. Owned free and clear. I would like to run the numbers of building either townhomes to rent or a one fourplex. I need an idea of cost to build versus rents.

Any builders you recommend for getting quotes?

Hey Brian that sounds like a pretty cool project you are putting together.

Something I would consider myself is not only the cost to build but the future value of the completed project. 4 townhomes would essentially be 4 seperate assets compared to a 4 plex that could only be liquidated with one transaction.
