Lease renewal form/document
Hi,
Hope you are having a good day! I am about to renew the lease with one of my tenant. Just wondering what lease renewal form/document you like to use? If you can provide a copy that would be great! Thanks!

We use a pretty thick lease and all the addendums that go with it. Why not just resign a new lease. If you are happy with the lease you have used why not just change the dates and resign.
