Lease renewal form/document

Hi, Hope you are having a good day! I am about to renew the lease with one of my tenant. Just wondering what lease renewal form/document you like to use? If you can provide a copy that would be great! Thanks! Lee

We use a pretty thick lease and all the addendums that go with it. Why not just resign a new lease. If you are happy with the lease you have used why not just change the dates and resign.
