Is it as easy to rent in Poplar Grove as it is in Utah County?

Hey everyone, I'm looking at getting a property in the northeast corner of Poplar Grove. Our other rentals are in Utah County, and I'm trying to get a feel for how similar the rental market is in Poplar Grove.

Anyone know if the ratio or renters to rentals is pretty similar? I know it depends a lot on the property and price, so let me know if you need more details. Thanks!
